Dee Design All products are handcrafted and made to order. We try to complete the order within the provided time. However, in rare situations of a stock discrepancy or overloaded bookings, we won’t be able to fulfill the requirement immediately. In such cases, we will reach out to you whether you would like to wait or if you would prefer to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy - After booking the order, you are eligible to cancel the order within 24 hours. Once the order is in Process, cancellation is not possible.
If your cancellation request qualifies, We will refund money to your Gpay,Phone Pay Paytm, Paypal, etc.
If you were to be issued a refund, please note that the fees will be deducted from your refund. This fee varies depending on your payment option.
Shipping Policy
Ready-to-ship orders - In India ready-to-ship products will be delivered within 7 to 10 days.
In other countries, Ready-to-ship products will be delivered within 10 to 15 days.
Custom product orders - We complete the artwork within 2 to 3 weeks from the day we get the order. Please allow us 4 to 5 weeks to deliver your order.

Once the order is placed through deedesigncustomizer.com, you will receive the confirmation email.
The customer must provide a full and valid address and contact details. Dee Design won’t be responsible for the loss of shipment due to incorrect address details.
We will mail or WhatsApp you for the shoe size and theme selected by you. Our team will share the final custom shoes pics or videos with you and once you will be satisfied and like the pairs then we will ship the shoes at your address.
Once the product has been dispatched so you will receive the tracking ID via email.
To track your order - Enter your tracking number and click on track ID on the relevant courier company's website.
Dee Design team and our delivery partners operate Monday to Saturday. For any query, you can reach out to us through email.
In case of any delay or extension during shipment, the courier company is responsible for the package. Dee Design will connect with courier services and try to fast-track the package, however, we won’t or can’t be liable for such after we’ve dispatched the package from our end.
If you received a damaged product in transit from a courier partner, Please create a video and share it with us through email - support@deedesigncustomizer.com Dee Design support team will work with you to give you a solution to the issue.

Return Policy
NO RETURN OR EXCHANGES for custom products
We suggest choosing an accurate size considering that our products are made to order. The purchases are not eligible for returns/refunds/exchange
We will mail or WhatsApp you for the shoe size and theme selected by you. Our team will share the final custom pair pics or videos with you. Once you will be satisfied and approve the pairs then only will ship the shoes to your address. That is why we don’t accept any returns/refunds/exchanges.
